- We Are Looking For People Who Have Previous Experience In ICabbi Dispatching,
So If You Haven't Got Any Experience In ICabbi Dispatching, Please Do Not Apply.
- We Are Looking For Full & Part Time ICabbi Dispatchers Who Can Work On Our Given Rota.
All Candidates Must Have Excellent English Communication And Typing Skills As Well As Basic Computer Skills.
- We Are Looking For Full Or Part Time Individuals Who Will Be Making & Receiving Inbound & Outbound Calls &
Booking Taxis For Customers On ICabbi Every Day.
- You Can Choose To Work Either 8,10 Or 12 Hours A Day, Only If You Have Previous Experience As A Dispatcher On ICabbi.
 
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Answering Inbound Calls.
- Making Outbound Calls.
- Dealing With Customer Complaints.
- Providing Quotations To Customers.
- Sending Emails & Monitoring Received Emails.
- Delivering A High Level Of Professional Customer Service At All Times.
- Allocating Bookings To Drivers Within Time Frames And Driver Locality.
- Monitoring Drivers At All Times & Dispatching Work To Them Accordingly.
- Correcting & Helping Current Dispatchers If You See They Are Making A Mistake.
- Working With Our Current Great, Dedicated & Professional Team Of ICabbi Dispatchers.

 
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Must Have A Professional Telephone Manner.
- Ability To Deal With Different Levels Of People.
- Good Planning And Written Communication Skills.
- Ability To Plan Ahead And Work Under Pressure.
- Ability To Dispatch Properly & Not To Lose Focus During Busy Times.
 
𝐖𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐞:
- Self-Motivated.
- Flexible Work Ethic, With A Polite Manner.
- Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.
- Willing To Work Flexible Shifts, Including Weekends.
- Willing To Provide Cover For Colleague Absences When Required.
 
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐟 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡:
- An Individual Who Does A 8 Hour Shift (7 Days Per Week) Their Fixed Monthly Salary Will Be 50,000 PKR Per Month.
- An Individual Who Does A 10 Hour Shift (7 Days Per Week) Their Fixed Monthly Salary Will Be 60,000 PKR Per Month.
- An Individual Who Does A 12 Hour Shift (7 Days Per Week) Their Fixed Monthly Salary Will Be 70,000 PKR Per Month.

- The Daily Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 1,000 PKR - 2,000 PKR Daily.
- The Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 12,250 PKR - 24,00 PKR Monthly.
- The Daily & Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Allows You To Earn Between 30,000 PKR - 55,000 PKR Extra Per Month.
- Please Note The Daily & Monthly Increment Bonus Scheme Is Separate FromYour Monthly Salary
